For 30 years, Pacific Cinémathèque has presented the best and most critically acclaimed movies from around the world. More international films, Hollywood classics, restored masterpieces, and contemporary independent Canadian filmworks screen here than at any other theatre in Vancouver.

Pacific Cinémathèque has built a strong reputation as a festival venue, as presenters of the European Union Film Festival and the Frames of Mind Mental Health Film Festival, and as hosts to the Vancouver International Film Festival, Leo Awards Film Festival, Out On Screen and Latin American Film Festival amongst others each year.
